I recently completed this ink and graphite drawing, depicting a lakeside cabin at night. Signed and dated (on the reverse). One thing I came to realise after completing this is just how difficult nocturnes are – you need to show some details and can’t just draw everything black!
Image size is 8.25″x6.25″ on 11″ x 14″ sheet of acid-free Strathmore Printmaking paper, 400 Series.
Below, one of the photo’s shows what the image could look like framed (not included) and would need to be matted unless framed as shown.
