This linocut marked my getting re-acquainted with linocut printmaking again and was the first in 2018. It is a representation of the pendant worn by Merida whose three brothers get turned into bears in the Disney movie, “Brave”. The quote is also from the movie. It is signed and dated in pencil underneath the image.
The inked image is printed on an 8″x10″ sheet, and so will fit into any standard frame of that size.
Akua soy-oil based ink was used on Strathmore Bristol Smooth, 100lb, acid-free paper.
