Votive Candle Holder

This is my latest piece for the home (not for sale) that is a votive candle (or tea-light) holder. The cross part was made from some six-year old Milliput I had in the studio and had only partially used. This is a two-part epoxy putty that I had my doubts would still be usable after all this time. Apart from some small hard parts I found in one part of the epoxy it was still not too bad to work with. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for a smooth finish, though. As it happened the crumbly nature worked to my advantage when creating the rocky cross.
