This is my latest trinket or jewelry dish that features a decoupaged spring flowers pattern (my image) on the top surface which has been coated with resin. The underneath has been sealed with exterior grade urethane. The dish is made of papier mache which is a lightweight but strong material – there are pieces from antiquity that are hundreds of years old!
(I do not use flour or organic materials in my paper paste.) It is approximately 3 inches in diameter.
