This is another of my handmade trinket or jewelry dishes and it features a decoupaged Koi fish (my image) in the centre. The inside of dish as been coated with resin and the fish appears to be swimming under water. The underneath has been coated with exterior grade urethane. Most of the dish is paper mache which is a lightweight but strong material and measures approximately 3.5 inches in diameter.
This is a unique, one-of-a-kind item and is splash resistant but should never be soaked in water. I have signed it with my maker’s mark and the date on the bottom.
