Completed April 2020, this is a signed and dated original watercolour painting. The dark parts of the painting were completed with printer’s ink using a monotype method. Watercolour was then substantially added afterward.
The image is that of a piece of land jutting into the sea on the coast of Scotland. It is not a faithful representation and so I have not named the location.
Image size is 8″x10″ on 9″ x 12″ sheet of Saunders Waterford watercolour paper.
It is one of two paintings I completed at the same time, the second also for sale in my Etsy shop.
